alrighty then...

history: this breeder center was started by Tim Scoville. he is still wanting an assistant. there is everything here that there would be in a normal breeders center but there are also proving grounds and the ever popular trainers building.

appearance: this center is dark dark blue and located in the woods around the proving grounds. it is near vermilian city. the actual biulding looks like a normal pokecenter ecept for the color and what appears to be a large building attached to the back side.
