My favorite baby? Hmhmhm...from G/S/C it'd be Elekid. But overall my favorite baby would be Azurill, though kind of weak it's super bouncy ^_^

have you ever seen an areo blast? It is the ice/water hyper beam, but you don't have to recharge! Only ubers are allowed to learn it.

yes lugia learns aeroblast before you meet it and then it loses the attack that's how come you never saw the attack
