This team was mostly to test Pokes out I never used before. If I need a spinner, I'll use Forry, maybe over Tomb.

True enough. I always felt it better just say what the problem is, rather than rather than saying what to use to fix the problem such as "take this out, and use this instead". As long as you know the problem, and I know you know ur pogeymanz, cool enough. If you don't mind the SR weak, not much to do.

Cept Forry, but you said that.

I know dem pogeymanz well, but not as well as you sims =[

I've always wanted to try a bulky grass. They counter Gyarados easily, which is nice. I remember a Tangrowth taking only 80% from a 4 DDanced Gyarados.

Now, here's the big question: Tangrowth vs Vileplume. D=

I'm sorry, but Vileplume is FAR too uber for your standards. He's too good for me, but he needs a vessel...

Tangrowth might fare well here, but over what?

My knowledge of teh artof pogeymanz have diminished...

Plume wouldn't fit well here, you're right. He needs Deoxys-a to sweep things when he grows tired of toying.

Tangrowth sounds nice. What's your prefered set?

EDIT: I was thinking Tomb, since it doesn't do much. Lax actually counters Jirachi, which Tomb can't do since I doubt it can break it's sub.

Tangrowth@Leftovers
Nature:Impish
Power Whip
Leech Seed
Knock Off
Stun Spore/Toxic/Sleep Powder/Earthquake/Tickle

EVs are max HP, and at least 200 defence. The rest can go into either attack or speed.

Don't make any rash changes, though. You should get MOAR advice first. I lax VISION.

I wear glasses, thus your vision is better than mine.

I'll use it, thanks sims.

I just love Scarftres Lead. Keep it. ♥

Overall, I like your team, but I just can't see what HP Fighting helps Tomb with. A support option like Will-o-Wisp or Taunt would be much better, in my opinion.

Your team also can't take repeated beatings from hard Physical hitters- if they have a wide type coverage, you're screwed. So watch out for that.

edit;
I like sims' idea! Tangrowth sounds like a great option.

Tomb is now resting, while Growth comes to fill in my physical walling. I've always wanted to try it out.

A special-based resttalk Tangrowth is pretty good. HP Ice + Grass Knot can = some major pain for many OU physical sweepers. Grass Knot totally eats Gyarados (without the unreliable accuracy of Power Whip) while HP Ice actually makes it a pretty decent switch on Garchomp or any physical dragon really.

And of course there's always its standard walling set which works too :P

I kind of like Power Whip. How much PP does it have. Smogon says 0, but that's impossible, right?

VUWAAT?

10 PP! Quite a lot for a move that strong.

Thanks, Smogon needs to update their page.

Honestly, with Moltres, Steels are far less troublesome. You could drop it for a spinner, say Starmie, which can still spin, as well as countering Gyarados, MixApe, or Dragons, depending on how you adjust moves.

I would, but like I said before, this team is meant to use Pokes I've never used before.

As for Moltres, it's far too valuable. But thanks for your suggesting.
