Follow the link to find a map of the lab, It's location, and the general sense of things. Luckily that map shows you nothing more than the lab, so no full maps of The God Project! :P
Yes, Eyone needs to post soon. I honestly can't drop ANOTHER member. And Eyone, if you're mad that Kabuto ran away, don't worry. He is a very important character later in the series. BTW, this will soon be more Pokemon based as well. I just wanted that last post to be your first meeting with It.
There will be shorter segments coming up. I will say flat out now that the next part involves one of you going into a Pokemon battle. Now, everybody please post so we may move on.
Sorry about that, it's just that the first time I was posting I didn't save it and it all got erased, so I was a little down, I'll post tonight, once again sorry about the lack of posting.
Sorry, I was in a bit of a rush, and you emphasized the odds Angela might not hit it, which made the end of your post seem a bit of a plot hole, I just wanted to get going, if you want I can edit it.
Shouldn't Angela (Rabbit) be helping at this point?
Remember, we need to be as active as possible.
EDIT: I know, ChrisTom. I kept godmodding as minimal as possible.
And something told me that the night shade attack would go through it like that.
RainbowMunchies, I just want to mention that not everyone Matthew's speaking to is a child. Angela is actually 24. I can't seem to get it across effectively - maybe it's because her age is unusual, so people forget she isn't 13 like the rest? I'm not sure. Anyway, I just wanted to emphasize that, and I will keep trying to emphasize it in the roleplay, because it seems strange to me that everyone treats her like she's much younger.
well it's just that Matt is older (about 25) and he's been through A LOT since he joined the project.
Also, you're SU says your character looks 18, if that.
Sorry if I offended you... >>;; It's just that Matt is very sensitive to life at this point, and he doesn't want to see you guys, who seem so young (in comparison to himself) fall victim to what he's had to deal with. I can always change it so he doesn't say children (maybe that was crossing the line a little bit).
I feel like a lot of this confusion could have been avoided if I'd put up an SU. If it's okay with ChrisTom, I'll put up a short skeleton-SU that outlines what Matt looks like, how he acts, and his pokemon.
okaaay. ChrisTom, i am working on updating my post. :3 give me til the end of tonight. thanks.
NEW: Hey! I updated my stuff. Hopefully it makes everyone happy.
I'd like to reply to what you wrote, LordSelphy, but I feel I should let Matthew get a word in... So if anyone posts, send me a nudge. I'm not going to check the thread often. =P
LordSelphy...I hope you know (even if your character doesn't) that Aggron aren't weak to fire. They're not steel but rock/steel, so the rock-half removes the steel-half's weakness to fire. They do have a double weakness to fighting, though.
Maybe you were thinking of that, TJGamer? My character doesn't have a Pokedex. Actually, she doesn't have anything at the moment - her stuff is still in the lab. =P
ChrisTom, I have a technical question. What does the battlefield look like? I was assuming the hallway was the width of a regular hallway - that is, about the width of one Aggron (size comparison from *link removed*). If that's so, the Aggron must be all lined up in a row, and only one of them can attack us at a time. Or are our characters surrounded by Aggron on two sides? In that case, we're fighting two Aggron at a time.
Well you guys don't have Pokedexes, but you do have a flashlight, a knife, and a couple of snack bars. Your shortwave radios which you were going to use to contact Prof.Oak and Pryce have stopped working for a mysterious reason. I bet you it has to do with that field...
You can use the items at anypoint in time. So if you ever get hungry while walking through the corridors just eat a snack bar or something.
*temptingly waves the bar in the air*
It's got Nuzleaf Nougat!
To answer your question Rabbit, the hallways length varies throughout the game. The "Main" hallway (although it isn't technically the main one when the project was around) is about the length of 1.5 Aggrons. Most hallways are like you said, the width of 1 Aggron. The hallway you guys are in (which branches off of the "Main" one) is about 2.5 Aggrons wide. The reason being is that the entrance to the cafeteria is in that hallway.
EDIT:
I HAVE A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!
I have forgot to mention that there are prizes for the game! After we reach Part 10 I will reveal a commisioned picture of Matthew Setauby and some concept art done by yours truly of IT's arm and the Snarls. After reaching part 25 (the end of the RP), I will give you each a commemorative map of the God Project, concept art of IT's face, as well as a 10$ iTunes giftcard if I can figure out how to.
I know I'm going a bit ahead of myself here, but we have been progressing at a steady rate and if things continue this well we'll be there in no time.
Both Sides. 8 to the North, 4 to the South. The air temperature is approximately 69 degrees Fahrenheit. The exact width of the hallway is 10.5 feet. The height of the hallway is exactly 11 feet. The body temperature of the Aggron resonates at a high 103 degrees Fahrenheit. 3 are 60 years old, 7 are 80 and 2 are 120. The average life expectancy of Aggron is 170 years. Only 1 Aggron has been vaccinated, as he was owned as a pet as an Aron and was later released after evolving. All 12 have the strength to kill you in one blow. Each of you are poised exactly 9.34 feet away from the creatures and they are all poised 1.94 feet away from eachother. The lighting is 6/10 on a generic scale.
