Jirachi was saved! It was tired and weak from doing the huge explosion. Giovanni was tired and worn out but he tried to grab Jirachi with a Dark Ball.

"Bye!" Jirachi said for the first time. "Thank you for helping me!" Finally, Jirachi is now a purple rock. Giovanni watched in despair as Jirachi disappeared into the past.
