There may be one of two reasons why this may be:

• I only count confirmation posts. If someone hasn't confimed one of your swaps, it's your responsability to badger them to do so.

• If there are not two ID numbers in a confirmation post (one in a quote, one not), then it's likely that the points will not count (as stated in the first post many times). Check the first post for the correct template of Report and Confirmation.

Plus, it's only one swap dude. :P
