its not to late, you'll have to register using the format on the first page, and wait for Kip or Forever to put you on the list, theres still more then 4 hours to swap eggs, so if theres time to do it, its now
 
oh right... my bad, i always forget to look before i post...
 
I'd die if I get mine, and then it is shiny on top of that. Curious too see how ends up with one of the Japanese Eggs.

only one person has had a shiny hatch and that was the first egg swap champion...if you got one you would be the most lucky swapper ever...
