    how do u get it in gold silver and crystal

    is it an event or does that guy that makes balls give u it
     
    Ther is NO way to get it in the American/European versions at all except using Gameshark or action Replay. Only in the Japanese crystal version.
     
    i got my celebi

    lol the funny thing is that a chineese guy in grade 4 gave me a celebi (on gameboy colour) so there was no way i know of to hack it
