    Like it says above this is to talk about the cool anime-ish white haired characters from manga/anime.

    Rules:
    Not alot of rules except no spam posting.
    No offtopic post
    Pokecommunity rules apply to all these FC
    No insults or mean comments.

    I will also take a list of people who want to be 'Best Friends' with one of the characters you pick. Only 4 people can be with a whair(white hair)character a week. And on the First day of the week if you don't pick a new Best Friend then I will chose one for you..*sigh* That was long anyways lets start this.
