4th Gen The hardest wild to obtain by "chance"

    Besides shinys, do you think the hardest to find by odds with stats/iv/lvl will be the same as previous old school pokemon games? not spawned ones that are static, but actual wild "chance" encounters of the pokemon you want

    I personally havent played much since 10 years ago gold, but i remember some being stupid hard to find..such as getting a good chancey to pop or what not.

    What do you think will be the hardest? Do you like the super hard to find ones?


    As for shinys, i remember resetting the game thousands of times trying to get a shiny mewtwo, or legendary. and obviously it never happened. do you plan on doing this?

    EVs? EVs aren't by chance, I think you're referring to IVs.
     
    I thought about doing this for a shiny starter. But, I don't really care for Legendaries. I may try it for Lugia. I have heard of the concept, but have never tried it.
