Shouldn't speed deoxys be in here?

A question about deoxys, when you catch an attack deoxys (firered) and trade it into sapphire (balanced) the look of the deoxys changes though does the pokemon's stats change too because my balanced deoxys (from firered) has 28 df and sp df and 115 att and sp att.
