I think you should consider Evasion Clause

Its standard in competitive battling and since this is a league, I thought it''d be more professional and more competitive

hax clause bans hax items or items that have to do too much with luck such as kings rock, brightpowder and focus band

OP says standard clauses, evasion clause is a standard clause.
 
Before I actually do challenge tho, I have some suggestions.

1. No hacks of any kind, legit or not! You will be banned from the League if caught. This includes alternate forms obtained via hacking.

2. The standard clauses are in effect, including: Uber Clause, HAX Clause, Sleep Clause, OHKO Clause, Species Clause.

Im also assuming Freeze, Evasion, hax item, soul dew and self KO at end of battle?

3. If a rule is broken intentionally then a challenger is subject to a ban, and leaders can be subject to firing. However, it should be established in private the cause of the breach; we will not tolerate SPAM and flaming even of this nature on this thread.

4. If a rule is broken by either side by accident, be it a misunderstanding, a misclick or whatever, the challenger and leader should discuss it, as in some cases the leader may feel the challenger still deserves the badge.

5. Gym leaders must post on the thread at least once every 5 days, unless they have declared their gym closed.

6. To challenge a leader post in this thread that you challenge and specifically state which gym as well as VM'ing the leader. This is vital. Be specific who you are challenging and do not ask a leader to PM/VM you; this is the challenger's responsibility.

7. To challenge the Elites, you must defeat all of the Gym Leaders in any order.

8. To challenge or become the Champion, you must defeat all of the Elites in any order. Your team may change however if you lose you must restart the elites over.

9. If you lose to a Leader a rematch time is within their own disgretion.

AKA no rematch

10. If a leader feels that you did not deserve the badge under reasonable doubt (glitches, studying their team) they may deny the badge but must allow a rematch immediately. If a challenger feels that they were dismissed the badge unfairly they should contact Greene1516.

AKA im mad that i lost no badge.

11. While you are battling a leader you must stay online as they have the right to contact you to trade after the battle to check your Pokemon.

12. Gym leaders must have at least four Pokemon of their gym's type.

13. Challengers may only bring 3 super effective types. For intance, against a Psychic gym, you can have any more than 3 of bug, dark, and ghost combined.

I sadly use all three on my team.

14. Gym leaders and elites may not challenge the league.

15. When a gym leader is beaten, they should PM the victor with the badge. Victors must display badges in their sig to show they have beaten the gym.

16. If a gym position is open and you want to try out, post an application in the thread with all the details you see in the gym leader profiles below. Note there is no waiting list so do not post an application if the position isn't open as you may be considered incompetent for future applications.

Uh, those aren't suggestions.
Bold 1: All those except for freeze (since freeze can't really be controlled), I think. At least, that's how I understood it.
Bold 2: Leaders decide when they'll accept the rematch. That doesn't mean no rematch.
Bold 3: Uhhhhh...Greene can explain that. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to go into that. xD
Bold 4: Obviously to check for hacks if something's out of line :P
 
rofl and btw i dont think freeze clause is a possibility for wifi since you cant really control it and there are no moves that freeze always like spore sleeps and WoW burns

Just so there is no ambiguity I'm taking down the list of clauses since we all know what standard are and it is listed that all standard clauses apply anyway.

I have also reworded rule number 11 so Syndrome can understand it better :) (if you need further explanation PM me dude :))

Grif, nothing is stopping you from starting your elite challenge.

At Arcanist and Painter, are ye gonna have yer championship battle or what???
 
Lol I'm sure dude, one a day is enough for me, and I've got a tonne of stuff to breed and train for Roshi's Final Frontier. I suggest trying Painter, he's better than me and doesn't brag half as much :)
