Mixed tier is very common, its not like this is the only league that employs it, nor is this the only site you will see it.
 
It makes the battles interesting aswell, instead of some superpower battler flying through a league *Looks at D_a
(Even though hed be able to pwn everyone WITH the rules xD)

Stavross Broke my OU rule, and Im closed for the rest of the day. Today has not been my day....

i will only be available on shoddy until further notice due to EXTREME wifi problems. sorry for the inconvenience. i can go to my friends house and battle without shoddy, but only on the weekends.
 
Yeah, just backing up stavross and saying Porygon-Z was moved to UU (Even on the official lists yesterday).

Maybe so, but the league will still be considering Cress OU for now, even the masses on smogon are arguing that it should have stayed OU and the consensus there is that it will be moved back shortly.

Yeah, I know. But I can't battle now, cause soon or later, I gonna have to close my trade thread in about 4 months. And I have to start get ready to go to college and prepared so I can become an animator. But I want to get my 4 pokemon ev trained first before I go. Cause I might not have any wifi connection when I go to college.
