Hinata looks really tough in this picture.

Thats Byakugan. the Hyuuga family bloodline. Lets you see from about 360 vision(blind spot at the back of the neck). Also lets you see the Chakara circulatory system and the holes to hit to seal and control oppenent's Chakara movement
