Silver made it to Rustboro City and headed to the Pokemon Center. There was quite a line, and it wasn't moving. Curious, Silver went near the front. Nurse Joy saw him and sighed. "Finally. My sister said you were coming. Help me with these." She handed him a stack of trays. "Nurse, I'm--" She looked at him. "You ARE Silver, right? My sister said you helped her in Petalburg City. She called earlier, and said that you would be a great help." Silver thought this through. When he was finished, he brought the trays to the back room.
 
"Silver, you remeber me from Littleroot Town, right? I rember you and Eevee oh and it looks like you have got some new pokemon! I will show you mine!" I threw my four balls and my Taillow(Jimmy), My Mudkip(Jerry), my Wurmple (Jake), and my Feebas (Miki). "These are all the pokemon I caught so far for my pokemon contests I will be entering. I have an idea, lets travel together. I think that will be easier! Hey wait, let me help you with those trays!"
 
Eevee let all of Silver's Pokemon out. <That's Skitty, and Absol, and Surskit, and Ralts, and Nincada. And I'm...me!> Silver brought his tray into the back room and let the Pokemon out. There was a Weepinbell and a Golem and an Anorith. Silver bandaged the Golem, while Eevee tried to bandage the Weepinbell. All of Silver's other Pokemon bandaged the Anorith. After a few hours, there was no more line. Nurse Joy handed Silver some money. "Here's your pay. I have a sister in Dewford City who needs some help, but that's almost died down now." She turned to everyone else. "Pokemon treats for you..." She gave them to the Pokemon. "And here's your pay!"

"Silver, do you want to travel together? I think that is best and by the way the gym is a little down the road. I believe the leader likes to use rock type pokemon. Anyway, lets get to the gym ,so you can get the badge." I pulled him along and then I said ", I think my Taillow can help out here. I choose you, Jimmy!" Jimmy came out and started to dance. "What do you think of his moves I taught him for the contests? Anyway, Jimmy fly up and go find the gym!"
 
Silver crossed the street and entered the building. He stuck his head out the door. "This gym?" Silver went back inside. It was huge. There was a ton of rocky terrain around. Of course there was. It was a Rock gym. "Welcome, challenger." Roxanne walked out of a back room carrying some papers. "You have come for a badge?" Silver looked around and nodded. Roxanne smiled. "Give me a minute, and I'll be ready."
 
"Silver, do you think that you can win this pokemon battle? If you want you can borrow my Mudkip. I will be cheering for you on the sidelines." I sat down and let out all my pokemon and gave them fans to cheer with. "I hope you win the battle. I wonder if he knows all the pokemon she has. I hope she doesn't use Nosepass..." I whispered to myself.
 
Silver shook his head and took his position at one end of the field. Roxanne came out with 2 Pokeballs. "2-on-2 alright?" Silver nodded and sent out Surskit and Ralts. Roxanne sent out Nosepass and Geodude. The ref came running out of another room. "Leader Roxanne versus challenger...Double battle...Prize is a badge...Forget the rest. Begin!" Surskit used Bubblebeam on Geodude. It was easily dodged. Ralts used Confusion on the attack and guided it to Nosepass. "Geodude, take the hit!" Geodude threw itself in front of the attack. "Surskit, use Sweet Scent!" Silver started to sweat heavily. This was, after all, a gym battle.
 
I continued to watch the battle as I thought to myself what pokemon I could capture next for the contest. "When Silver is done, I think we should go and capture an Abra for the Smart contests. I hope he knows where to capture one. Jimmy, I choose you." I sent out Jimmy and he sat on my shoulder and watched the battle. "Jimmy, do you think we should go and capture a smart pokemon?" <"What do you think that we ar not smart enough for you?"> "I think you guys are perfect ,but I would like a Psychic Type aswell." <"Fine ,but we need to worry about that when need be." Jimmy responded> "Okay, go Silver!"
 
Geodude was lured away by the aroma, and Surskit charged towards Nosepass. Ralts kept Geodude away with a Confusion, and Surskit became wet with a Mist attack. Nosepass, being slow, was not able to get away in time. Surskit used Bubblebeam after Bubblebeam and KO'd Nosepass. Ralts slammed Geodude into a wall shortly after, and Geodude fainted, too. "Silver wins!" Ralts and Surskit ran back to their trainer, and they all started jumping! "We won! We won!" Ralts stopped jumping and looked at Silver. Silver looked back, and Ralts started to glow a bright white. Silver shielded his eyes with his arms. When the glow faded, Ralts was gone. Instead, there was what looked like a bigger, better Ralts. "A...A Kirlia?"
 
"Wow, I can't beleve that you have a Kirlia already! I can't belive one batle even turned it into a Kirlia. Anyway, according to my Pokenav, the next city is in Dewford town. I believe the gymleader there uses fighting types. We need to take a boat to get there. I have two tickets ro a ship there. Would you like to to, Silver?" I asked as I noticed a man walking in the shadows of the gym. "Hey, Silver, who is that?"
 
"I don't know..." Silver walked over to the man. "Hi! Wanna see my new badge?" The man stepped out of the shadows so his head was still covered. "No." He grunted. Silver shrugged, and walked back. "That guy sounds like my dad. Dresses like him, too. Even smells like him." Silver turned to Kirlia. "So, you ready for another fight in Dewford Town? It's a Fighting type." Kirlia nodded, then jumped and used Confusion. A lighbulb cracked, and a door flew off of it's hinges. "So...That means you're happy?" Kirlia nodded.
 
"Okay everyone, are you all ready to go?" I asked them. Suddenly, the man came up to us again. "Sorry, I was rude to you boys earlier. I have a problem and I need both of your help. These two men whereing blue came in and tried to steal our fossils of the ancient pokemon Anorith and Lileep. Oh, I am sorry, my name is Professor Hanson. I was looking for Roxanne and she said she is too busy. I need two people's help anyway. All I would need you both to do is keep these fossils. Will ypu please do this for me?"
 
"Sure...What do we do with them? Bring them to a lab somewhere?" Silver took the one with the root imprint. "I guess that this is Lileep?" Professor Hanson nodded. "Bring them to the lab in Slateport City. One of my friends should be able to revive them." Silver returned his Pokemon and looked at the fossil. The root imprints sort of fanned out near the edge, making it look like a bunch of little rivers spread out on stone.
 
"Silver, we should probably go on that boat ride from here to Dewford then go to Slateport from there." I told him as I took the claw fossil. "Boys, I must take my leave, I have to go to Pacifidlaog to reasearch the siting of Rayquaza. So long, Chris and Silver!" He handed us the fossils then ran out of the gym back to Devon Corporation. I took out the tickets and handed one to Silver. "Here, lets get going, I want to go fishing on the boat for some water types. The boat leaves tommarow mourning ,so we need to find a place to stay for the night. Do you know any hotels." i took out my pokenav and looked up hotels.
 
"Sure! I have a room booked at the Onix Tower!" Silver walked out and pointed to the building. "4th floor, room 406. It's a pretty nice view." Silver walked to the hotel and entered. "Hi, I would like to get my room, please." Silver got his ID and showed it to the person at the desk. She nodded and gave Silver a key.

Silver entered the room and smiled. There were 2 beds, a bathroom, a computer, a tv, and a mini-fridge. "Kirlia, Surskit, Absol, Eevee, Skitty, come on out!" The Pokemon all aywned and stretched. "You'll be sleeping..." Eevee got excited. "In the bathroom. Sleep in the shower if you want to." Eevee's smile faded and he walked to the bathroom. "Eevee, you'll be bunking with me. You get the left side, and try not to kick in your sleep, okay? Absol, you get to sleep in the shower. Surskit, the sink. Kirlia, the rug. And Skitty, you can sleep in the toilet." Skitty was shocked. "Oops...I mean on."
 
"I have to go out for an hour to heall all of my pokemon and pick up some stuff for our journey. Do you need guys need anyhting from the store?" I told all of the pokemon and Silver. I left the room and suddenly, a man with a pokeball in his hand cem in front of me. "Excuse me youg man. Would you like to battle me and my Masqurain?" I nodded and sent out Jimmy. "Jimmy, use your Wing Attack!" maqurain dodged and used a Water Gun. "Good job, Masqurain! Now use your Hyper Beam." Masqurain charged up a beam and blasted Jimmy. Jimmy dodged and used another Wing Attack.
 
Silver lazed in the room and watched tv. "Eevee, we AREN'T watching 'Son Of Dog', and Skitty, don't eat that! It's made of--" Skitty dug it's fangs into the leg of a chair, then spat out some wood chips. "Wood." Silver and Absol started watching the TV Guide channel while Kirlia was eating an ice cream bar. "This is the life..." Silver got off of the bed and went to the little deck. He came back and sat down again. "<HEY! GET OFF!> Silver got up, and Eevee crawled out of the blanket. <Warn me when you're going to sit again, okay?>
