The Hunger Games ☆ Fan Club

Has anyone read The Hunger Games book series? I have, and I was in love of it. So I decided to make a club, and I hope there are other fans of this series like me. In this club we can discuss the books, upcoming movies (the first will be released in March 2012), and anything else related to the series.

Ohh glad to see some fans~

Anyways if you watched the VMA's yesterday then you should have seen this sneak peek of The Hunger Games trailer. Even if it was short, it still looked pretty epic.



I can't wait until the actual trailer comes out. Anyways I guess I'll answer some discussion topics.

Which is your favourite book?
My favourite book was probably the first, since it had the most action in it.

Are you excited for the upcoming film (do you like the cast)?
Yes, I definitely am excited. The cast looks pretty awesome too, except I don't like Cinna. I never imagined him as a black guy (not trying to be racist here). I always pictured him a white guy. I think it said that in Mockingjay, or at least something about his hair.

Who is your favourite character in the series?
Probably Gale.

Too bad he and Katniss don't get together in the end.

Which is your favourite book?
Catching Fire, because there was the best plot build-up/action.

Are you excited for the upcoming film (do you like the cast)?
I am very excited about the upcoming film. The only problem I'll have is adjusting my mental image of Cinna, and Rue. For Peeta it's going to be hard to adjust to because of the movie Josh Hutcherson starred in: Bridge to Terabithia.

Who is your favourite character(s) in the series?
Foxface because of the way I imagined her in the book.

Which is your favourite book?
Hunger Games because it was foucused on the games and I always liked Survival books and this added a twist to the normal Man vs Nature and brought it to Man vs Man.

Are you excited for the upcoming film (do you like the cast)?
I am very excited for the film and was hoping they would make one from the first time I read the Hunger Games. I know all the charecters are going to look different then from what I imagined them as, because when I read I usually have a clear image in my head of what things look like and I stick with that.

Who is your favourite character(s) in the series?
Hmmm, thats tough. I'm going to go with Gale though because of his war strageies. He played on human instinct to help each other and planned his attacks around that. He was doing his job so well it started to fightnen me just how cruel his attacks could be.
