Well, if your first opinion of them is like these people are horrible, dont trust them right away, only trust those who you feel like you can, but dont trust no one.

trust people if you know how to handle it. if someone abuses your trust, either ignore it, get back at them, or yell your head off at them until they see that they were wrong.
i have the same problem as you, well i trust people WAY too easily, and i end up messing up a lot too, but i know how to make it all better :]
