    the fact you guys don't allow links of roms kind of shows your website is already flushed out. once people start succumbing to stupid legal stuff and laws like that that shouldn't even exist to begin with its like...ok bye. or are they? maybe they just say no for the sake of it being illegal? so you say?

    welp i dont think its illegal for me to post links of hacked roms that were never sold for money so i'll be doing that once here in a bit. still the fact most community only websites are such trash is this self of self proclaimed entitlement and being special when really thats the only thing i love about 4chan is that its like nope i give no ♥♥♥♥s do whatever you want which is how it should be i think. I support anonymous in that way. they want no internet censorship and i completely agree. anyways ranting. just saying this so i can get my 15 posts already.

    What in the...? I have no freaking clue what you are even trying to say? You want to be allowed to post ROMs (which are readily accessible on the internet) here? Why? I'm confused.
     
    Seriously though, 4chan deletes all their content very very quickly so illegal content, while still illegal, likely won't be caught. PC would be gone if it posted illegal content, no matter how they feel about whether or not it should be illegal, because content is not deleted and therefore would be caught by Nintendo. I, for one, like this site and don't want it to get shut down.
     
    ROMs are easy to find on Google. Just as easy to find as if they were allowed to be shared on here. PC is one of the bigger forums for this franchise, and if we share ROM files, it's likely to be found out. Why risk losing the forum, when it takes three minutes to open up a new tab, and find said ROM off Google? Not worth it. D:
     
    Our policy on ROM distribution isn't changing. Let's not forget, Nintendo got on Serebii and Pokebeach back in '10 during the roll out of Black & White and threatened them with litigation. We're not going to take any chances when it comes to the distribution or allusion to illicit materials that could get us in trouble.
