It depends on what program your using.I use Intervideo,and it's the little camera icon we use..

Mine was not Intervideo...It did have a picture option, but I dunno how to use it >O

You pause the screen.Click the little picture option and capture it.

Or do what I did and download Intervideo ;D It's awesome :3
