Yes, I think so. And the Lapras picture I posted is from the Kanto Grand Festival episode.
If Lapras have another color, what will it be?
It will be green colour.

Its stats are pretty good. Lapras can be one tough pokemon to take out. I know by experience, because my most successful team (In my opinion) that i've made, based on the generation was a team for Yellow and ir had Lapras in it. It was almost never OHKO'ed even when exposed to electrical or even fighting attacks.

Yep it has very good stats. But it could use some improvements, since Lapras is a very strong pokemon
