Okay... it's a good thing the tank wasn't loaded...

Huh... Altomare gets blown up, Latias flies away, falls exhausted, is found by a soldier, and then they meet up with Ash... and much fun happens...

I think that Latias should be.. in a volcano-ish fiery area. (Am watching Brother Bear xD Luff that movie)
 
I think they should. It's not like they're too overly powerful like some other Legendaries such as Deoxys.

As for teh topic ... I suppose "can" should be "should", rite? In which case Id say yes! lol thats what Ive been arguing for for the past century now, ppl are all saying that the Latis (SoulDew or not) are 00ber and therefore banned from competitive play. And of course, my reaction is as such:

Yeah, with my friends, I use a SoulDew-less Latias desu~ ^_^ I just tell 'em that without a SoulDew, she's not uber, and I use her anyway. But lately because of current disputes about the dragon duo, Ive been boycotting PC's wifi battles lately ^_^;

...well that, and my wireless internet is down.

Well, its not really a topic, but more of a simple question, but, I mean, ya, they can desu~ But the Battle Tower/Frontier bit has always interested me. They tell you that they ban all the overly-powerful Pokémon (Mewtwo, Kyogre, Palkia, Lugia, and etc) and yet the Latis (and the Regis, but this isnt a regi FC xP) are not on that list, and thus can be used in the BF/BT.

It makes me think that Gamefreak themselves dont consider the Latis uber desu~! Which is good for us! 8D
 
Actually, I think the question is not they can be used, but if they should be used. Like, it is really right, since they are legendaries.

Good thinking Kai. That means in WiFi competitions, you can use that in your defence.

Actually, I've been playing my Emerald and have realised that the Latios I'm trying to catch is driving me INSANE. I have a Zubat with Mean Look and Confuse Ray so I can try and catch it, but it runs away before I have the chance to use the moves! ARGH!


... Please help?

Do you think Latias should be Fire type and Latios should be water type and why?
NO!!! That would ruin them cuz then they have more weaknesses and theyre each others enemy

Do you think Latias and Latios should be allowed in standard battles?
Nope theyre UBERS, Latios' SP ATK goes up to 405, Latias' SP DEF to 405, plus Soul Dew they're UBERS

I like everything about the Lati's. They are psychic dragons, that look awesome and are good in the games. What is there not to like?
