The Law Game

I know this is going to sound pointless. But the point of the game is to make up as many unfair Laws as you can in under 100 characters, excluding spaces, but including periods, commas, letters, numbers, periods, semi-colons, colons... Basicly everything but spaces. And yes, the rules in total have to be less than 100, not each rule.

I'll start, just to show what I mean.
All people with the letter K in their name will get 10,000 dollars on their birthday.
All women may not blink.
No more red.
(Notice I used exactly 100, no you don't have to. 100 and down is fine, even 10 is fine)
