All kids under the age of 12 must wear pink socks on the 3rd tuesday in the month of october in even numbered years

All people born on feb 29th shall celebrate their birthday on march 1st
 
All males must wear Pink shirts at least one day each month.
 
All people above the age of 20 must strap a katana (fake, or real) onto their waist or back for at least an hour everyday.
 
Everyone now has to wear sweaters on summer.
