"It's jsut a magic flute." I ratoinalized. "There are magical items all over the place. Doesn't mean we're destined for anything." I muttered, Turnign around and walking back over to the scarecrow. sitting down thoughtfully, I gazed out over the water, watching it ripple as the rain drops fell.

I had been listening for a while, and I finally said "Yes, it does. The legendary hero was capable of summoning storms. He was also capable of warping through time, such as what he did when he pulled the Master Sword from it's pedestal, and the Dark Lord took over everything while he was in the warp. I remember hearing that Link rescued Princess Ruto from the belly of Lord Jabu-Jabu, if I remember correctly..."

Had I been drinking anything, I would have sprayed it out, such was my shock. As it was, i simply sat there, staring at her, dumbfounded. "Just how..." I began, my jaw hanging open. "Just how do you know of the exploits of the legendary hero?" I finally managed to ask, and kept my jaw closed this time, though my shock was still evident on my face.

"I only really know about him in the Zora Domain... The reason is...." I looked around quickly to see if anyone was here, and then said "Information about royalty gets passed down the royal blood line faster then any gossip ever could..." i had a feeling he'd go into shock at this, but at least now he knew....

"Because Ruto had it put in Zora history books afterward." I grimaced. "And as for that flute, it is its power and not the holders. I refuse to believe we're some part of some quest when I fail to see what on earth we're questing for." I grimaced again, crossing my arms. "And I still don't see how I fit in this prophecy. where does it say two zora's? Come to think of it, you never even read it to me." I challenged Rauru. "HOw do I know you're not just making it up to make me go with you to find some treasure?"

I Was completely thrown off by this, but I would have to ask her about it later... I stood up and looked down at the zora hybrid. "If that was the case, don't you think we'd have found some treasure by now?" I asked, coldly. "If you doubt it, just try and leave, see what happens. fate seems to have a way of intervening every time someone's tried." I said, though I was still upset. That pretentious little... Ah well, let him try to leave, we'd see what would happen then...

"That's easy enough." I growled. I didn't know who this guy was thinking he could boss me, but I wasn't about to let him. Turnign around, I began marching off on my own, leaving the others behind me. I was too far away from home anyway. I needed to get back or my mom would start worrying about me, regardless of the note I left her.

I sighed lightly, deciding to ignore the chaos that would ensue. This blasted prophecy thing was getting on my nerves, but at least I could shut Psycho up for a givin amount of time by taking that stick and hitting him with it. i cracked my knuckles lightly, then slipped into the water to soak a bit before Psycho said we had to leave.

Suddenly, the earth shook under our very feet. I had been prepared for another beast to show up, or something similar, but not for this. "Waugh!" I shouted, falling gracelessly onto my back, where I lay for another few seconds, until the trembling stopped. "So, if you were a member of the royal family," I began to Tiamat, standing up cautiously "Why were you thrown out?" I finished, not knowing that the tunnel which lead back to the zoras domain had collapsed during the earthquake.

Now underwater, I grimaced as I set to work clearing out the rubble form the tunnel. It wasn't too hard. The rocks were of a fair size that were easy enough to lift. Still, it was tedious work. It took me about ten minutes before I got it partway open. "I bet he did that too.' I muttered to myself. "Using quake magic to keep me from going home."

"Cause they have a tendency for keeping the eldest of the royal family. Apparently I have a half brother somewhere." i said calmly, the earthquake having dazed me considerably as I attempted to straighten myself out. I shook myself, then got out of the water, wondering how many times it would take for Ansem to just agree to come along..

"I'm not coming!" I shouted up out of the water as if reading her mind. I began pushing rocks away, determined to get home. I coudl only imagine what my mom might be doing, how worried she must be. I had opened up the tunnel where a normal sized zora could get through, but unfortunately, I wasn't normal sized. It would take more work before it was big enough for me.

"Let's help him," I began, trying to change from a subject I which was fairly certain pained her. "If I remember my studies of maps before I... embarked on my quest, I believe the zora's domain would be a shortcut to the next temple." I said, standing up and brushing myself off, before walking into the water after ansem. I couldn't work for long at a time, as I had to hold my breath underwater, but I could at least help some, which might improve his view of me.

I followed half-heartedly, bored with all of this. After all, it was the same thing now, follow Psycho to accomplish some out of the way quest. But I'd be of the most help, being able to undo a lot of the rubble once I got through the area Ansem had already cleared...

I walked over to where ansem was working at the tunnel, and checked the water level. I placed both my staff and my sword well above the water level, on the coast, and then dived down, intending to help ansem. I felt that the staff and sword would be reasonably safe there, unless Tiamat decided to take the staff from me again, but then, that was the risk I had to take.

I stared suspiciously as they approached, especially Rauru. "What do you want? 'I challenged him. "Last I check you wanted me to stay." I glared at him, my suspicions not fading in teh least. As far as I was concerned, this guy was keeping me from home. And with home being all I knew, I wasn't appreciating that.

I ignored the staff, and was already at the rubble, using my blades to note weak points that I could just add a good deal of pressure and it'd fall away. I went to the bottom after a bit, wondering if there was a rock I could dislodge that would take the whole thing down.

"I just now realized, this is a shortcut that will save us all time." I said, Grunting as I tried to dislodge a large rock from the rest, and eventually pulling it away. "I wish I had taken up magic as a hobby, it would have made moving this crap a lot easier!" I said, shouting due to the exertion of trying to move one last rock from the tunnel that kept the passage ansem had made too small for either of us to fit through. The rock didn't seem to budge, though.

"Figures." I grumbled. But still, I still needed to pass through the tunnel as well. With only one rock left and my patience gone, I took a step back and began concentrating on my inner energy. And electrical field formed around me, and I gathered some energy in my right hand. I then slammed it mightily into the rock, and iwth the electrical power and the muscle in my arm, that boulder instantly became rubble.

Without thinking about it, my electic shield reacted to his usage of it, but I had no control of it, and ended up shocking myself, though I quickly recovered. It was the first time that anything had forced my electric shield to react, and i couldn't help but feel something was much diffrent about this guy then I had origonally thought...
