The RP idea sounds nice, as long as Moderators won't consider it as actual RP, 'cause the club might end up being closed for that. =O
If I had to choose a Link, it would be WolfLink. x3

When watching the LoZ Retrospective (link on page 10) they told that Phantom Hourglass was the direct sequel to WindWaker. does not wanna tell anything, 'cause she wants to forget the ending of WindWaker 'till she gets there.

@JBCBlank: I don't know about the RP thing. Do you mean in the RP section? Or in this thread? Either way, I'm not sure if the Mod's will let it go on for long.

That is a really cool statue thing of Link. XD
 
Uh.. I think it would be all right. It's not considered a REAL RP I think. I should ask.

Yeah, PH is the direct sequel. I read about it. It's sorta weird with the new storyline. XD;

They had an Ocarina Link statue similar to that somewhere. I'll find it. It was almost as cool as the Deity one.. but not cool enough. XD

for those who wish to Rp/learn to Rp, you can add me to any of your IM's and we can do it that way. so that the mods wont' say anything about it being here on the thread. I'm always ready to RP with anyone, and I'm almost always on.. well i used to be, *smiles* we can discuss everything else when we Rp and that would be free from most of the PC rules.

Hi people.

I'm working on the fourth edition of my Zelda timeline. I want it to be as detailed as possible. I'm having a bit of difficulty though. I know the purpose of the Master Sword pre-OoT was to act as a seal, preventing access to the Sacred Realm (and by extension - the Temple of Light). But...

...

I think that's all implied. O_o I've been reading through the text. I can't find anything within the games or manuals that specifically indicates what I just stated. ANy help?
 
I came up with this:

The Hylia were the people closest to the goddesses. The gods of Hyrule had as their chosen people the Hylia who were capable of hearing the voices of the gods. For that reason, the Hylians have pointed ears, unsurpassed senses, and the ability to use magic. The descendants of the Hylia settled in various parts of the world and passed on their knowledge of magic and prophecies to all people.

For ages, the people lived at ease, content in mind and body. But soon, word of the Sacred Realm spread through Hyrule. The people, seeking the golden power, began searching for the Sacred Realm. Many reports began to surface; lying beneath the relics of the desert or inside the graves of the Goron tribe; but no one ever found it. The yearning soon turned to greed and blood was often shed for any information. People had to live with unrest as a great battle ensued.

After many years, an opening was found that led from the fair Hyrule to the Sacred Realm, where the mystical Triforce was still hidden. Many sought treasure in this place, but none returned – only beings of great evil emerged from the Sacred Realm. The King of Hyrule gathered the Seven Sages, appointed as tutors to the young Princess Zelda, to find a way to seal the entrance to the Sacred Realm so that his kingdom would be safe from the evil there. The Sages succeeded and brought peace again to Hyrule.

The Sages built the Temple of Time to protect the entrance to the Sacred Realm and the Triforce from evil ones. The Temple of Light, situated in the very centre of the Sacred Realm, housed the Triforce. Within the Temple of Time, the Master Sword sealed the entrance to the Sacred Realm. The Master Sword, the blade of evil's bane, was crafted by the wisdom of the ancient sages and is a sacred blade that evil can never touch. The entrance to the Temple of Time, the entrance through which one can enter the Sacred Realm from the world of Hyrule, is sealed with a stonewall called the Door of Time. In order to open the door, it is said that one needs to collect three Spiritual Stones – the Kokiri's Emerald, the Spiritual Stone of the Forest; the Goron's Ruby, the Spiritual Stone of Fire; and Zora's Sapphire, the Spiritual Stone of Water. The Door of Time could only be opened with the three Spiritual Stones and the Song of Time, played upon the Ocarina of Time - a treasure kept by the Royal Family.

Now...what happens first? The Twili invading the Sacred Realm (but not claiming the Triforce) or Ganon (er...one of them. I believe there are many, like Link and Zelda...just not as many) claiming the Triforce (pre-OoT)?
 
Um.. I can't decide which would happen first. D: I tried to think about it, and got nothing. I'd say the part with Ganon invading. As for the Twili.. throw them in somewhere.

Yeah, I'm not any sort of help. =(
 
I don't play the zelda games so i can't really help you there. sorry.
 
Hey I think the Twili should invade first(in my point of view).
