I have the Oracle of Ages. It's a great game, and the 2(seasons and ages) are pretty much the same.

I just noticed....those two LoZ games are the only two that I know of that have two versions of the same game, like Pokemon, and Megaman...wierd.

I prefer Ages over Seasons. Don't know why, maybe because Ages was more of a Puzzle game then a fighting game. And I don't like Onox, Veran was better. x) And I prefer the Ages Manga to the Seasons one. So Ages > Seasons for me.

hey mudkipblader, in the pic where someone's turning into a werewolf is that zelda or link? It looks like Link at first but towards the begining i see a flash of longer hair. which one is it?

It's Link, Izy. That's when Link's being pulled into the Twilight Zone and his Triforce changes him into a Wolf. ^_^

If anyone wants to read the plot of a story I made:

Since ancient times the Legend of the Three Goddesses has been passed down through many generations. The story of Din, the Goddess with flaming arms, Nayru, the Goddess of Wisdom, and Farore, who was granted courage, creating the land of Hyrule is known to all, same goes for the sacred treasure they left: The Golden Triforce.
But there is a story that has not been told to many, it has stayed in the Royal Family, but it is unknown if the current descendant of this family of noble rules is aware of the fact that this untold story exists. It goes like this:

When the three Goddesses left the Holy Triforce in our world, they each created a guardian that possessed power equal to one third of the Triforce's power. Din, the Coddess of Power, created a strong, winged creature: The Dragon of Fire. The gracefull Nayru decided to call forth a being that represented her gracefulness and that could bear her wisdom: The Swann of Water.
The last one of the Goddesses, Farore, wanted to create a creature that would be as couragoes as her gift and called forth the Unicorn of the Forest. But each one of this creatures was not able to bear the power it was given, and to protect both there creation and the world, they sealed the Guardians -as they were to be called- in a temple where they could sleep and where their power could grow slowly.
Din sealed the Dragon in a might Vulcano, Nayru chose a beautiful lake, and Farore hid the Unicorn in the deepest forest.
Then they left this world, towards the heavens, to never return. The Guardians could only be awaken by those who wield the power of the Triforce, but only a true Hero could brake the seal on the Temples of Fire, Forest and Water.
This is the true Legend as it has been passed down.


In the southern province of Ordona, in the tiny village of Ordon surrounded by the Faron woods, a young boy named Link is cleaning his sword. Soon a heavy storm starts. During that evening Link hears a strange noise coming from outside. He rushes up the stairs of his treehouse and tries to look through upper window, unable to see anything due to the hard rain, he goes back. After some time he hears the sound again and when he stares through window he can see a strange light dancing in the storm, right in front of his window. He opens the window and carried by the strong wind the strange light is blown into his house. Before it hits the ground, Link catches it and sees the light has wings. He takes it to a warmer place in his house and when it's warmer, the glowing light introduces herself as Navi -due to lack of a better name- She's a fairy from the Kokiri Forest. Link asks her what she is doing here, so far of her homeland. Navi then answers that she needs help. A strong power has started to awaken not so far from Link's house. Aware of the Legend of the Three Guardians, Navi had to find someone that was able to help her. Link offers her his help and Navi accepts it.

But at that same time in front of the Forest Temple, the evil Ganondorf, lord of Darkness and wielder of the Triforce of Power, is trying to break in into the temple and succeeds. He covers the sacred Unicorn with a cloud of Darkness and leaves. From that moment the storm grows stronger and the morning seems to never come. Worried, Navi tells Link to leave immidiately.

-Dungeon time-

Link finally manages to beat the Evil surrounding the Unicorn of Courage. Worried about the Swann and Dragon, she asks Link if he can look for a way to save them. Link accepts this quest and as a sign of her gratitude she gives him the green tunic of the Hero of Time.
He saves the Swann from a dreadful fate and heads for the Temple of Fire. But Ganondorf has become aware of Link's quest and moves
the Dark Dragon. When Link arrives at its resting place he finds nothing but an evil big boss.
Dissappointed and discouraged, Link leaves the Temple. But on leaving the Goron community, he recieves a strange letter that asks him to come to the palace. When he arrives in the garden of the castle, Link is spoken to by non other then Princess Zelda herself. She also has heard of the fate of the Dragon of Din and thanks to her Triforce of Wisdom she knows how to save it. Link must gather the five pieces of an ancient work of art and then he'll be strong enough to beat the evil that is roaming their world. But when Zelda wants to reveal the place where the last piece lays, she is taken away by the Dark Dragon and Link is knocked out. When he wakes up Navi tells him what has happened and tells him they should leave immidiately. Still not completely healed, Link cannot do anything else but staying in the Inn in Castle Town, but he gets useful information at that time. Information that leads him to the first Piece.

Story Time!

The legend of Zelda Queen's Guardian
pt. IV

Deep in Hyrule Castle, the king is conversing with his elite Guards, "Someone might try to steal my sweet Daughter, The Princess Zelda. Especilaly Chain's Son Link."

"which Link your highness?" The guard on the right asks.

"Does it matter, either one will want to take her. Neither of them must have her, they're but peasants, I know that she fancies the oldest." The king Runs his fingers threw his thick blond beard, "We must get rid of them."

The knight on the left gasps, "Isn't that a bit harsh, we don't even know if they're interested in your daughter."

"They are, I've seen the way the oldest looks at her, I will not have their blood mixing with mine." The king sighs, "We'll have to release Mosquett."

Both Elite guards gasp, "No Sire!" Says one, "Even you can't control him!" cries the other.

"We have no choice, he's the only one strong enough to capture them all. Send for him." the king orders.

The guards turn and head for the Dungeon's, Walking slowly the talk among themselves, "The king's gone mad Conner. I mean sending Mosquett... to collect the Link brothers?! That's madness." The redhead on the right whispers as he opens the door to the third floor dungeon's, the place were only the most dangerous were locked for life.

"He's been doing this ever since Queen Lara, May the Goddesses watch over her. Ever since the Queen died. You know that Martin." The blond responds fumbling with the keys attached to his belt.

Together they opened the Heavy Oak door that hid the best Knight the kingdom ever knew, "Do you think he's still alive?" Martin whispers.

"Of course I'm alive!" A voice from within answers before Conner can even breath. "It takes more then Hunger to kill me."

Both Knights shake with fear at the sound of Mosquett's gruff voice. Red eyes shine from the darkness. "We've come on orders from-"

"The king?" His smile flashes from the depths of the Dungeons darkness, "Who else would send for me? Does he want me to protect his innocent little daughter? the way I did his beautiful wife?"

"YOU WILL NOT TOUCH THE PRINCESS YOU HOUND!" Conner cries.

Mosquett laughs, chains rattle in the darkness, "She wanted it."

The Guards grind their teeth, what Mosquett had done was the worst, he had soiled the name of the Good queen. Mosquett simply smiled as the Guards walked over to him and began taking him down from the damp wall he hung from. Chains clanged as they hit the floor, When he was completely released Mosquett reached out his hand, "my lance?" he orders.

"Only when the king sees fit to return it to you!" Martin growls.

Mosquett smiles as they lead him to the throne room, a rout he knew well enough to get there with his eyes closed. When he was in the presence of the kind he doesn't not bow or even salute, he had been locked up for over ten years with out food or water, the king should be bowing to him. Conner grabs Mosquett by the arm and forces him down, "You will bow!" Conner shouts.

Mosquett smiles and tosses Conner off him effortlessly, "Don't touch me!" he says fixing the tattered robe he had been forced to wear.

The king raises his hand as Martin prepares to retaliate, "Enough! it seems you haven't lost your touch Mosquett."

"Would you expect less of me?" Mosquett asks coldly.

"no... you were my best Knight, and still are by the look of it." The king waves Martin and Conner away, "I have a job for you."

Mosquett takes a seat on the floor as the king explains all he wants him to do, when the king was finished rambling Mosquett looked as though he were on the verge of falling asleep, "That's all?" is the only thing he says after a long silence.

The king nods, "you're the only one I could think of Mosquett. The son's of Chain are-"

Mosquett waves his hand causing fire to appear at the tips of his fingers, "I'll do it... I'll just need, a few of my things." he says with a smile.

The king sighs then says, "Anything you need Mosquett."

With that Mosquett stands and takes a few steps towards the king.

Princess Zelda had been watching ever since Conner and Martin brought Mosquett into the Throne room, "I have to warn them!" she whispers and runs to her room were a small fairy fluttered in a glass bottle that Green had given her, "Tatl, i need you to get a message to Green! NOW!"
