well porygon's base spd is 90 and hera is 85 (I think) I actually might pick up a dugtrio after that, he seemed pretty good :p good battle anyway

Yes I have. One of my friends (his name is Alex) has a Gengar with 29 IVs in Sp. Defense and 252 EVs in it as well but it can't even stand up to my Metagross' Psychic. We use Colosseum battles to check IVs to make sure the Pokemon is good for our teams.
 
he was choice scarfed, that boosts his speed, it's okay though.
