It's not so hard people. You need 2 wins to rank up, and 2 losses to rank down. You can only rank up by facing those higher or equal to you, but if you lose to anyone you rank down. 2 wins and 3 losses means you have 1 loss, and so on. However, lets say you get 2 wins before you get any losses, you rank up. Easy enough?
