yes, with yur Ev's and yur nature counted in it. Really its real handy, but if ur good at pokemon you can win just with a good nature

That aerodactly you have is a tank... I dont know how it didnt take out the bliss... but I am guessing thats a new guy your working on??? I need to work on new guys but as you know in the world of pokemon...

A standard Blissey (Bold natured with maxed Defense EVs) can actually take on a Jolly Aerodactyl and give him a run for his money. He only has a base 105 Attack, which is decent, but if he's not hitting for super effective (barring a critical hit with, say, Stone Edge), the damage will be average, especially with the fact that Jolly is his best nature, giving him a max Attack that's about 100 points below an Adamant Metagross. And Metagross gives Blissey a 2KO with Meteor Mash. Blissey is by far the most difficult Pokemon to deal with if you don't have a real counter to it. I mean, I've seen Blissey survive a Cross Chop from Electivire... THAT says something.
