How about a Shiny Gyarados? I haven't transferred it over from Diamond yet (I'm was thinking of keeping some there in case I wanted to play 4th gen, but I might just restart the game after transferring). I can change the nickname (Jetstream) if you want. It's got flawless IVs, EV'd like: 68 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 184 Spe, and knows Dragon Dance, Ice Fang, Waterfall, and Stone Edge.

Now ill be honest with you, i dont know about RNGing and all that stuff and I dont own a AR but the following pokes that I have are all egg hatched by me and have at least a Outstanding Potential or Relatively Superior Potential as well as 31s in two IVs when I visist the guy in Nacrene.

Frillish 31 Def and Sp Def
Deino Iv 31 spd, 31 Sp attk
Axew 31 spd, 31 Attk
Timburr 31 Atk Egg move Mach Punch and Drain punch
Scrafty 31 Spd 31 Attk Egg move Dragon dance

I also have a few level 100s Outstanding Evd like a

Milotic 31 Hp
Hydreigon 31 Sp Atk Speed with Earth Power
