The Story:​

In the very middle of the Atlantic there is a string of islands known as the Lost Islands. They are named so because they are very difficult to find, so they are lost. Every five years a tournament is held in the Lost Islands. It is meant to bring together the toughest trainers around. Each contestant is required to leave all of their pokemon behind and start with three Lost Pokemon. The contestants job: Explore all 17 islands and collect each of the badges. Once a contestant has done this, they may take on the final challenge; The Lost Tournament.

The Problem:​

There has been a mysterious group lurking around the islands lately. People and pokemon have gone missing, sometimes even found dead. The trust between people and pokemon has been severed and something very strange is in the air. The best have been investigating and have found nothing. Because of this, few visit the islands anymore, few participate in the tournament, few are even known to be here at all. The islands have truly become lost.

Your Job:​

As you've probably guessed, you're a contestant in the Lost Islands League. All of the role-players will be in the tournament and they will go around all 17 of the islands training, catching pokemon, collecting badges and unveiling the secrets of the Lost Islands. Discover the truth behind this heinous group and save the islands. Do you have what it takes to be an Island Master?

Insect Island – Bug

Insect Island is mostly made of forest, with a beach surrounding the entire rim of the island. Located directly in the middle is the God Tree, which stands at an amazing 500 feet. On top of the God Tree is the gym, with Insect Town surrounding its base. There is a river that runs from right above the town to the ocean on the southern part of the island.


Plain Island – Normal

Plain Island is mainly made up of plains and has four small beaches on the four corners of the island. There are a few patches of trees around the island and the Gym is located in the middle. The Gym is in a crater in the ground and is surrounded be a wall of rock. Surrounding that wall of rock is a river that almost completely encircles it.

Vechten Island – Fighting

Vechten Island is a relatively small island that is rimmed with a rocky beach and has 3 small patches of forest. There is a river that runs from the west end of the island to the top of the small mountain in the middle of the island. By the beginning of the river on the mountain's peak is the Dojo.

Lost Mountain – Rock

Lost Mountain is just one huge mountain in the middle of the ocean. It is very hard to scale and the Gym is in a cave at the top of the mountain. There is a river that runs from the cave to the ocean on the southern part of the mountain.

Desert Island – Ground

Desert Island is as the name says, one huge desert. There is a large oasis in the middle of the island that contains the Gym. The town is on the eastern side of the island.

Skull Island – Poison

Skull Island is a medium sized island and is oddly patterned with natural resources. There is a series of sandy and rocky beaches the surrounds the island. In the center, there is a large forest and three lakes that are all connected by a river. Directly in the middle of all of this is the Gym.

Esprit Island – Ghost

Esprit Island is the smallest island in the region. There is little life on it except for a few patches of field and forest, the rest is rock. The Gym is located in the middle.

Frysta Island – Ice

Frysta Island is basically frozen. There is a large frozen field area with a little forest surrounding the large frozen lake in the middle. In the center of the lake there is a small mountain covered in snow. The Gym and Skii lodge are at the top of the mountain.

Tebras Island – Dark

Tebras Island has two rocky beaches and one small forest on the edge of the island. In the center there is a large forest with a large clearing that contains the Gym. Between the Gym and one part of the forest there is a large portion of rock. There is also a small river that splits the island in two running from the northeast to southwest.

Aero Island – Flying

Aero Island is actually two very large islands. On the first, the Gym rests on a mountain surrounded by forests, rocky areas and a lake. On the second island, there are four forests, two lakes and three rocky beaches. Aero town is located at the center of this island.

Saykiko Island – Psychic

Saykiko Island has a pretty bland landscape. There are three small forests and two small areas of rock. In the south there is a somewhat large beach, the rest is all grasslands. In the center of the island is Saykiko village and the Gym.

Hierro Island – Steel

Hierro Island has to large mines that have small mountains that extend from the top. Connecting these areas in the northeast is a large river, in the southwest, a large forest. In the center of this circle is the main mining station and Gym.

Aqua Island – Water

Aqua Island is mainly plains with five small forests. There are four large lakes that are connected by a huge river. Resting in the center of the middle and largest lake is the Gym, which is located underwater.

Roslin Island – Grass

Roslin Island is fairly simple with three huge forests and two lakes that are connected to each other and the ocean by a river. In the center is the town and Gym.

Volcano Island – Fire

Volcano Island has three rocky beaches and three tiny lakes. There are two small forests and one large one. In the center of the island is the volcano, which lies dormant. The Gym is somewhere inside the volcano.

Raig Island – Electric

On Raig Island there is three beaches, three forests and three lakes. There are also five small mountains that are almost constantly bombarded with lightning. The Gym is located on the center mountain.

Mystic Island – Dragon

Mystic Island is the main island and most inhabited. It is also the largest island located directly in the center of the islands. Mystic city is located directly in the middle of the island and is home to the main stadium and its gym's location is hidden. Surrounding the city are three lakes and three large forests. There are two rocky areas and the entire rim of the island is beach.

Personality: Adam is a loner, preferring to do things by himself. If he has to do things with a partner, he chooses to do it with one of his best friends. However, Adam has only a few best friends. It usually takes a long time for Adam to befriend someone. He ignores things unless they are really important. He is quite good at athletics.
He is the 'leader' of his team.

History: Adam was born in Goldenrod City. His father was a Pokéathlete, and his mother, who was a coordinator, died two weeks after giving birth. Adam didn't get to know his mother well, so he spent most of his time with his father. Soon, Adam began crawling after his father's Growlithe and Vulpix. It was clear Adam was interested in being a Pokéathelte, so his father began training him to be a Pokéathlete when he was 9. He lent some Pokémon from his father during training to be a Pokéathelte. Those were a Rattata, a Ponyta and a Spearow. He trained lots and lots for the speed course, becoming faster along the way while he followed his Pokémon. One day, Adam got an invitation to articiate in the Lost Islands League. Knowing he had to leave Rattata, Ponyta and Spearow behind because he would probably get a Starter Pokémon there, he said goodbye to his lent Pokémon.

Nature: Naughty

Ability: Mischievous Heart (there's a reason)

Personality: Rilu likes to play tricks. She is happiest when playing a trick on someone, usually Adam. However, the tricks can get annoying sometimes. She is also carefree. When in battle, she is quite powerful. This is natural for her species. She is the 'Joker' of the team.

Anywho, out of the pirateyness, if that's even a word. Which characters are you playing as on it? My first run-through used Riolu as my character, with Vulpix as my ally. It worked surprisingly well once Riolu learnt DrainPunch. But now I'm going through with Pikachu and Eevee, which is rather fun as I have Ampharos as my recruit. I just need to find a Thuderstone for Eevee and I can go all Lightningy on them.

Oh my! I was Riolu my first playthrough too, until I lost the game. He was the one I was aiming for and I just happened to get him first.
This time i'm playing as a Phanpy with Riolu as my partner. Both times I had Riolu his name was Auron.
Now at the same time I am working on Shadows of Almia. I'm also fairly far in Ratchet and Clank and am on the last level in Ratchet Deadlocked. Then I must go to my sister's to get my Mario Kart data and I also need a gamecube memory card so that I can play Mario Sunshine. I think those are all of the games I got for Christmas :P

Now, let's get on with the RP!
