    Ha, ha ha! Yeah, you did read that correctly! Riddles. From. Legend. Of. Zelda. Heehee! So, here's the first one:

    On land, we're grey.
    On ice, we're white.
    We pop up from the ground
    And guard a temple
    Where the boss is a phantom.

    This is very easy, and because of that, it's worth only 20 points.

    We hate smoke
    We don't move at all
    And if you see us
    You'll probably see
    Something blue

    Now, this one is harder xD

    Bleh, first thing that came to mind.
     
    Nope, sorry! The answer was Beamos. Hence the Navi Description in OoT: "They don't like to smoke come into its eye". And the "blue thing" was laser Beamos fires when he spots you. So...

    We grow on a mountain
    From us you make a weapon
    So strong weapon, that
    You can enter
    A locked dungeon.
    Guarded by a race
    That lives in a cave
    We are some time later

    Eh.. Those Bomb Plant.. Things..

    Can't remember the exact name. XD
     
    They real name is Bomb Flower, though i heard some call it Bomb Plants... But, anyways, you got it.

    We appeared in the first "thing"
    We changed our appearance
    We were blue & red
    And now, you must
    Use our own weapon
    Against us

    Sounds like Twinrova for some reason. o.O
     
    Ha! Nope, sorry! This was hard... The answer was Octorok. In the first Zelda game, they were blue & red. And I believe they're coming in different variants in the newer games, too.

    This part is about redirecting their own shots to hit them, (like in battle with Deku/Business Scrubs) in the newer Zelda games (at least OOT). So, sorry, no points for you.

    Riddle 5 (25 points):

    At day, we hide
    At night, we appear
    We live near the city with a castle
    And we have a challenge for you:
    Defeat enough of us
    Then the leader will appear
    And he will give you
    More things after he'll fall
    And we dissapear...
    After... some... years...

    Hee, hee, hee!
     
    Those are Stalchildren! And when Link is an adult, they're replaced by Poes!

    We make a noise
    We dig out of ground
    We are very fast
    Even on the desert sand
    We're very fast...
