1. What is Missingno?
Some people say Missingno is just free space in the rom and serves no purpose in the game while some people say missingno has a purpose because game freak will not intentionally leave fre space before ghe first pokemon in the pokedex... or will they?

2. What is the God Stone
When I looked into black and white, I saw an item called God Stone. I researched about it and found out it is and item, So... what is ITS purpose?

3. Which Pokemon was first?
My friend says Bulbasaur, another friend says its Pikachu while another friend of mine says Clefairy but who is the first Pokémon?

1. Missingno is the shortened form of "missing number".

If u look at the Index Numbers for Gen I Pokemon, Rhydon is #1 (which also answers ur Third question, as to which Pokemon was created first, if that's what u want to know) & there are 190 Entries, with 39 entries missing, in between, which are called missingnos. It is speculated that the Index Numbers represent the order that the Pokemon were programmed into the games, with MissingNo. being the deleted entries.

In later generations, other glitch Pokémon are sometimes referred to as "a MissingNo.", such as ??????????, ?, and -----, but they have little relation to the ones found in RBY.

2. God Stone has an index number, so it can be obtained by cheating I suppose. Its purpose is unknown though, its more like a leftover item. There is a theory that since the Light & Dark stone are related to Zekrom & Reshiram, the God Stone may be related to Kyurem somehow, but was never used in the Games.

3. Already answered in point #1. Rhydon was the first Pokemon created, coz its has Index No #1, in the original games & there's a lot of other info available on the net to validate this :).
