The most strongest move is Stored Power. You don't believe me? Let me explain: Ok, as what Bulbapedia said, it varies on stat changes, without that, its base power is 20, but each stat change is 20+20, but by full(1 of them), it's 20+120=140, but with all 7(Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Evasion, and Accuracy), it's 20+840, and that equals to 860. That proves to be the most strongest move ever, and that Explosion is the other most strongest move, by a base stat of 250. Don't forget the K.O moves, Sheer Cold, Fissure, Guillotine, and Horn Drill, they are the others. But the only way to let it work is if you have a variety of Pokemon that have Baton Pass and stat increasing moves, the only way to help is to use them first, as quickly as you can before they faint, then baton pass and increase all stats to the maximum and that use it on the Pokemon that knows Stored Power. To shield yourself while doing that, use Substitute.

Is it not impossible to achieve all 7 stat boosts though on one pokemon, let alone +6 boosts lol...?

It's going to be tough to try to get Stored Power up to its maximum power, even with Substitute due to the prevalence of Haze, Whirlwind, Roar and similar moves. Once your opponent sees that you're trying to max out Stored Power's power, they'll try to do anything they can to try and wipe out the boosts if they have a (p)hazer with them.

Also, you forgot to mention V-Create as the most powerful non-suicidal move with a fixed base power (180).

Technically the strongest moves might be the OHKO moves but because of the abysmal accuracy I don't think they can be classified as that lol. Spit up on 3x stockpile is pretty damn strong, about 300+ bp, but it takes long to get to and losing your boosts isn't really something you want either. Outrage is kind of overpowered I guess.

Outrage has a power of 120. And Spit Up is strong.

I thought the strongest move was that obsurd Shuckle with all those boosts and that ability (forget what) and using defense curl before a level 5 rollout on a level 1 ledyba. But I guess thats damage points, not bp.

Rollout's and Ice Ball's fifth hit after using Defense Curl both have a base power of 960.

    Shuckle @ Metronome

I think the strongest possible move is Rollout on Shuckle.
First, you Baton Pass +6 attack to Shuckle, Then Make it use Power Trick, Then Skill Swap Pure Power to it, then Shuckle uses Defense Curl and then Rollout 10 times, then make a teammate use Helping Hand on the 10th of Rollout. Dang, imagine that power!

Otherwise, if all else fails, use Harden or Splash, you can't go wrong with either.

    Your post is off topic...........

If it's off topic, you report it. Cause 1. saying that is mini-modding and 2. you telling them it's off topic is, ironically, off topic and spamming. Also, the fact this thread title is gramatically incorrect gives me the heeby jeebies!

Beaten to what I had to say about the topic, lol. But yeah, I was gonna point that out. I don't remember if Whitney's Miltank had Defense Curl to go along with Rollout, but still. Damn.
