I think that Raticate..I never hear of people actually using him and seeing them pop up is very annoying. I also think that not alot of people use quagsire.

I'd say it would be Dunsparce. At first, I didn't even know it existed, then I saw it on my Pokemon Red Rescue Team and thought it was a new Pokemon.....
