Ummm the berry master should give them to you, but he only gives you one per day, so id say just ask ppl on PC to trade you one (its not hard to get), and then plant them and get a whole bunch and then in a couple days feed em to your phlosion
 
Really? I thought that the berry master in Route 208 just gives you a berry, beginning from the 20th berry and ending with the 35th berry?

I...had those berries all the time...an didn`t knew that they`re used for that?

I thought that the berries from 52-57 were the ones (so they`re just raising a stat during the battle).

BTW, if I reduce the Attack of my Thyplosion...then the EVs from my Thyplosion will be recuded and I can add those EVs to another state by ev-ing, right?

EDIT : Just another question.
If I give Thyplosion the Kelpsy Berry (number 22), then it will reduce it`s ATK by -1 point, which means -4 EVs, right?
That would mean that I can increase the speed evs by 4 ev points (+1 point at speed), right?

The berries lower EV's by 10 (I think) so that 2 stat points.
So then you can increase speed by 10 EVs which is 2 stat points

And...how long can I do this with the berries?
I mean...after I`ve give my Thyplosion 10 Kelpsy Berries (-100 ATK-EP), then I can`t decrease it`s ATK with those berries anymore? But I can decrease another stat, right?

You can use 10 berries to remove 100 EVs in THAT stat.
But you can use berries for other stats

But I`ll have to ev my Typhlosion tommorrow, because all of the Staravias are gone now (they will be replaced by Noctowls after 8:30 PM I guess - Floatzel gives 2 Speed EVs too, but also +200 Experience more than Staravia).

Not like experience matters for that. Whenever i train speed i just battle that one fisherman with the 6 magikarp

I know that the experience doesn`t matter...
But yeah, you can beat up Staravias easier than Floatzel with an Thyplosion :)

Oh BTW, FINALLY I`ve finished my badge (I`ve showed a drawed version of it at page...11 i guess).
