But on a more serious note, why would we need to expand the ROM? We already have plenty of space.

To Seth: Because in every game, the Pokemon center is located in a place that can't be reached without a pokemon

(still waiting on Lord S.'s list, it'll help to fix up the battle exam(which the exam instructor needs to offer a third starter[preferably Bagon]) and the second set of Rival battles-)
