Yes, as we all know, The Uchiha clan was exterminated by Itachi so that they would not take Konoha. And Itachi kept Sasuke alive because he loved him.

Itachi could not live a normal live, known as the exterminator of his clan, so, he left, inorder to exist faraway. Now, that he and Akatsuki are together, he wouldnt want Sasuke to follow such **** and know of his past, and so, he wanted to elimenate him by triggering Amaterasu in Sasuke.
well i though so..because he's one of the foundin' fathers of konoha just like madara...aka tobi..

Whoa!!!! if shion did not gave naruto a power or something maybe he would really die....im glad none of them died....well this is the first movie that naruto didn't use the kyuubi's chakra...he's gotten better.. after the credit rolls theres a part when naruto didn't understand what shion says....buts its funny....i think shion got a crush on naruto..... here's what she said "Being a Priestess is my duty, hows that naruto???, and my power must be passed onto the next priestess. what do you say, naruto??? are you going to help me?" Yeah, he is one of the founding fathers but he died way before Itachi was even born. Itachi is like 20 or something like that and Konoha was started 80 years ago and Shodaime was probably already in his twenties.

I have found a recent 2008 interview with Kishi. Read it if you want, but be warned of spoilers. I don't know, maybe this is a fake, so don't blame me if isn't true:

1. Is Jiraiya dead?
Kishi : He lives..............................in your heart.
Naruto has to be grown up. Shikamaru also needed to be grown up. And Sakura will have to be grown up, too. Lee? Lee doesn't need to be grown up anymore.
2. What's gonna happen next year?
Kishi : Started with Sasuke vs Itachi battle.
I'm gonna write about mainly Sasuke next year. And Kakashi and Sakura, after that. Especially Kakashi. I can't tell yet but a huge event will happen to him.
3. What kind of way of ending do you do with Sasuke vs Itachi battle?
Kishi : I can't tell. But I have kept this waiting to manga readers for a long time. So I'll have to make everyone gets content with it.
4. Describe the color of Sasuke vs Itachi battle.
Kishi : Glossy-Black
5. Describe the color of Kakashi story which you just mentioned about.

Ya Kakashi isn't one to over use his sharingan. As far as him dying I for some reason believe he is going to also. I just look at it as another reason that Naruto will grow up.
If it turns out Tobi/Madara is in fact, Obito, Kakashi will definately die. Or at least, that's what I think. Kishi would have no reason to revive Obito unless it involves Kakashi.
Whoa...I really hope Kakashi doesn't die. But his story should be after Sakura...so maybe it might happen. I think maybe Tsunade might get killed as well. Because Sakura needs to grow up too. Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke needs to grow up. So if their mentors are dead, they have no choice but to move forward and be what they want to be. I am predicting here. I know I am wrong. XD
I know I am wrong, but it seems to me that Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke will the next Legendary Sannin. That is my call.
I think Naruto can be Hokage and Sannin at the same time. It works with Tsunade. Shikamaru could be the candidate for the Hokage postion. But I don't think he will be become Hokage. I think Kakashi and Naruto will take it. 6th Hokage-Kakashi, 7th Hokage-Naruto
I still stick to my prediction that Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke will be the next Legendary Sannin. I guarantee it.

Orochimaru bit Sasuke with his hidden snake putting some of his DNA, like one that would ,make him transform...to test the Uchiha clans power.
It just gives him strenght, and makes him transform into something like a big bat winged vampire
Actually, the Two Tails was already mentioned in the manga!! The Two Tails was sealed within that girl (forgot her name) with the cat looking eyes, but was caught and captured by Akatsuki!!
This is just getting a bit, well, boring? I mean, I like how they're going to reveal this whole past of whoever and whatever but it's been dragging on for such a long time now :\ I am interested in what is to be revealed, but what if I want to know about other stuff? Like, say, how Kisame and Suigetsu's battle (if they are even battling. I'd think that they should start to worry about Sasuke by now >.>) is going? I thought it was going to be an end to this Uchiha crud after Itachi died, for at least a while, then they could come back to it a liiitle bit later on into the story, but I guess I was wrong. -facedesk-

You know, some people actually think/predict Kakashi will die towards the end of the series. That'd be just terrible...
I can't imagine Kakashi as a hokage, though at the after school prgram i do my community service at the kids constantly say he's going to be. I always shoot them down mostly because he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to sit back and do nothing or even to simply give orders.
wow...i can't really imagine that itachi really planned this from the start...
