A filler episode in the Anime, is an episode that does not appear in the Manga, so they don't have a Manga chapter for fillers.

I am liking them right now, but it will be better once they get back to the main story.

No, these will not be shown in the Manga at all, that is why the Maga is even further ahead of the Anime
