Occupation: Fisherman/retired gym leader
Pokemon: Pidgeotto, Snorunt, Bunnelby = native
Buizel = foreign from his forays around the world while fishing
What makes you unique (Optional): Lives down in the southern part of the region on his small little boat, mentor to the kids (even some adults) that it is possible to make name for yourself and escape their situation as he has done it himself. Helps young children catch/befriend their first pokemon.

(side note: I'd love for him to be a semi-important part of the game cause i think he'd fit in well but i can't be sad if he's at least in the game! {XD} )
