    Welcome to neopolis3's fan club! I have obtained permission from him to make this club, so here it it! XP

    Anyways, if you have known Neo as a good friend or an all around random spriter, you may join!

    I wont keep a list, but rather the number of members here though....

    And a few rules:

    1. ask something about Sander or jsut drop by to greet him
    2. no bashing, flaming, censor bypass, etc...
    3. no linking to porn or anything...
    4. Only Neo can link to his works (e.g. his comic sprite threasd, creations, etc)

    It's not like everyone here is a farmer. In fact there's barely any. Besides, my dad works at a paper factory and my mother is an accountant, and the only animal we have is a dog :P
