1. Gimp is a free but great photo editing program, much like photoshop.

2. Get it by searching "download gimp" on google and finding a site that has it.

3. Yup, Photoshop is only like... a half a time better.

4. It's free cuz some people are just nice. Like Limewire! 8D

heh. its a really good program, just takes a little getting used to. photoshop does too, though... i gotta admit though, photoshop is kinda better. well, it BETTER be! six hundred freakin bucks!

and az, ramen is very yummy.

spence is such a good recolorer! i cant do those cool effects, i can just change the colors. i use the whole right click/eraser method, you?
