[Intro] the new shiny rates are insanely good

Knowing all too well pokemon in shiny forms are rare and is an accomplishment
to have caught one, but the efforts, patients, and time put into finding one
are extremely sometimes frustrating for impatient player so what would you do
to even the odds for those that where wronged in there lifetime ; let me here your
thoughts ;)
