1. Is their any completed hack roms here. Meaning the final release, not a beta.

1. I do believe there are, but you're asking in the wrong place.

2. Try looking around the Hacks Showcase.

3. I don't, as there aren't enough of 'em to merit an entire section. Just use the handy search function, and you'll find 'em eventually.
