The Newcomer's Team

Oh my poop, what has gone wrong with this team? Oi, Psychic on Metagross. <<;

You need a special wall. nao.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
Evs: Sp. Att 252, Att 252, 4 HP
Moves:
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Hypnosis
-Thunderbolt
Not many trainers try to status a special sweeper >>; I ate my fork when I saw Adamant on him. Gengar is a special sweeper, which means it needs special attack... so instead of lowering it, make it stronger! ><; And... EVs should add up to 508-510, not 504. D: Dark Pulse pretty much is the same thing as Shadow Ball, both with almost identical coverage. But since Shadowball gets a STAB boost, its to keep over Dark Pulse. Focus blast, yeah, I think you can figure that out and Hypnosis is fantastic when you're a sweeper.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Brave / Relaxed
Evs: WTF. NONE. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.
Moves:
-Ice Beam
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock / Curse
-Waterfall / Surf
-chokes on spoon- giving a Pokemon EVs is ... dumb. So next time, please choose to be smart, instead of being dumb. ><; So yeah, and Hasty isn't smart either. Give it a Brave or Relaxed nature.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Evs: Some
Moves:
-Surf
-Rapido Spin
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-chokes on knife- Eek... Confuse ray? Starmie isn't the best shuffler in the game <<; Rapid Spin so you can spin away Spikes and Stealth Rock. No EVs again. Timid nature for it to outrun some pokemon. Mystic Water gives only a 10% boost to one move, which is a waste of an item. In this case, the move is surf, which has 95 Power + STAB is around 150. 150 x 1.1 is 165. 150 and 165 is only about 15 point difference, which is pretty minimal. 150 would represent a Starmie's surf without Mystic Water, and 165 is one with Mystic Water. 15 points is barely an improvement. And besides, Mystic Water only affects 1 move. I'd give it some Leftovers instead.

Heracross @ Choice Band
Ability: guts
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Moves:
-Megahorn
-Aerial Ace / Sleep Talk
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-chokes on napkin- Well, this isn't as bad as the others, but I just choke for fun, y'know? I guess the SD set isn't so bad, but it does require prediction. I don't have confidence in you for predicting Guts is better since it effects all of its moves. And Heracross is most likely to be OHKO'd, so Swarm won't be exactly activated O.o

Metagross @ Expert Belt
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adadadadadamant / Impish
Evs: 252 HP, 172 Attack, 84 Defense
Moves:
-Explosion / Earthquake
-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Thunderpunch
Explosion to explode, Agility to agilitize, and Thunderpunch to thunderpunch. D: Eh, it won't be needing speed EVs after Agility.

Special wall~

Ahahahaha you choke when you see my team? :(. Anyway, thanks for the tips, but i HATE CHANGING NATURES!!!! It takes forever, getting the same pokemon over and over until you've got the best nature for it. Especially pokemon that you cannot catch in diamond/pearl, but oh well, i'll try and change swampert's and gengar's.

Changing natures is a piece of cake, dude. Haven't you heard of the Everstone trick? Basically, if you have a female Pokemon (or Ditto) hold an Everstone while breeding, there will be a 50% chance that the nature of the female or Ditto will be passed down to the offspring. Basically, you can just catch a Ditto of a nature you want, breed with the Everstone, and voila! you have an offspring with a good nature.

Hey sweet thanks, you should have told me earlier =p.

I put a swampert (male) with a burmy (female) nature: relaxed in the daycare but they won't make an egg, the guy says they prefer to play with more pokemon than with each other.
