I thought:"what is the worst that can happen?"
THAT.
i think i got over it...i was just in an anime and manga convention yesterday and i bought some magic cards and stuff and was all thrilled and then when i come home and play...this happned.
:(
UPDATE:
-went to box the dead.
-got into the sprout tower and caught a meditite, female which i called Guru (this was a different floor, if it is not allowed please tell me)
-Guru, Epicgator and Derpeon died in the final bold guy before evolving your Eevee (i was extremely annoyed)
AND SO, I FAILED MY NUZLOCKE.....I WILL START A NEW ONE-
username: idankingo
Game: sACRED gOLD (AGAIN)
UPDATE:
-named myself Idan.
-Picked Cyndaquil and called him Blaze.
Username: Shizzable Game: Emerald Optional Rules:
-You must nickname all of your Pokemon. (highly recommended)
-A black out/white is a "game over," even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.
-You may not catch/use legendaries
Update 1:
-I Took Torchic as my starter, and named it Ashton after saving Birch's butt.
-Went up to route 103 and wrecked May by spamming scratch.
-Ripped a hole in route 102, and I got incredibly lucky by finding a Ralts. This is actually the first time I've used one.
-Turns out Prometheus (my Ralts) has Synchronize and a Bashful nature. Could be worse.
-Did a bit of switch training with Prometheus, and got him up to level 6 so he could learn Confusion.
-After listening to my dad's yammering and helping out Wally, I continued on, only to have Scott creep on me.
Well it's looking pretty good so far. My team's solid as well.
-I found a cool Marill in route 104, but Prometheus killed it with a critical hit. (Foreshadowing?)
-After easily beating Lady Cindy, I continued on to Petalburg Woods.
-I managed to find a Shroomish in Petalburg woods, much better than a Wurmple.
-Hitmontree the Shroomish received a warm welcome to the team and helped me through Petalburg Woods.
-I made a safe passage to Rustboro city, thanks to my awesome team :D

Update
-Started with Mudkip (Bloo)
-Made my way to Rustboro, defeating Roxanne
-Defeated Brawly
-Defeated Wattson
-Saved at Route 113 after catching a Slugma
-Defeated Flannery
-Defeated Norman. I hated his gym. The cooltrainers were very dangerous and his Linoone almost caused me some problems.
You must nickname all of your Pokemon.
A black out is a "game over," even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.
You may not use/catch legendary Pokémon.
I am aslo adding the rule that you can not deposit a pokemon in the pc unless it is dead or it is transferred because of a full party.
Lost. Got completely worked over by Wattson. My main team go clobbered on the way there and by Wally's Calm Minding Raltz and his Tri-Attacking Porygon. By the time I got to Wattson (and through his gauntlet of trainers), all it took was his Lvl 30. Amphoros to wipe out my team.
So now i'm restarting the Expert Emerald Challenge, and this time I'm being super cautious with it.
*I just made one edit to Suicune's hack:
- Changed everyone's base stats and attack sets back to normal. I know it'll be harder but I'll live . . . maybe.
RULES
Spoiler:
Modified Rules: Item/Pokecenter/Pokemart Rules:
a) Eye for an Eye Rule: I can only use an item in battle after the other trainer uses an item (no items outside of battle or versus wild Pokemon even if poisoned).
b) Stay Strapped Rule: I can equip berries/stat-boosting items (quick claw, soft-sand, etc)
c) Heal All You Want Rule: Unlimited Pokecenter visits (grinding is necessary)
d) One Stop Shop Rule: I can visit a Pokemart to purchase items only when I first enter that city, and no time after that
Miscellaneous Rules:
a) No Easy Switch Rule: Battle style is SET
b) No Gang Up Rule: If the opposing trainer has three pokemon, I can only use three pokemon until all three faint, then I can start using the others
c) No Punk Out Rule: No running for any wild pokemon ever
d) Can't Go Back Rule: When starting on a new route, I have to make it all the way until the new pokemon center before healing
e) Meet and Greet Rule: must battle at least one Pokemon per patch of grass when I first walk through a route. In other words, Pokemon must be caught before visiting next Pokecenter.
f) Gauntlet Rule: Cant leave the gym until I beat all the trainers and the leader
g) HM in Play Rule: HM's must be available for use on your team at all times. Moves can only be taught after appropriate badge is acquired. You can't go back to the Pokemon center to get an HM slave if you find yourself stuck, unless you release the last pokemon that you caught (penalty for breaking the Can't Go Back Rule)
Catching rules: Becaue of the variety in Expert Emerald, and because of the difficulty, I'm customizing the "one catch per route rule." Basically, the first pokemon I see is who I can catch, but instead of doing one per route, I do one per patch of grass/floor in cave/etc.
a) If i make the first pokemon faint in that patch of grass, then I can no longer catch any pokemon in that patch.
b) If the first pokemon I run into happens to be a dupe or an already fainted pokemon, I can no longer catch any pokemon in that patch.
c) If a route has 3 patches of grass, and I run into a Pidgey in the first patch and make it faint, then I can no longer catch the Pidgey on that same route if I run into it in the other two patches of grass (a Pidgey on a new route is fair game though).
d) No dupes
e) No replacing fainted Pokemon
f) Catch to Keep: No using gifted/traded/eventbased Pokemon
e) Shiny Stays Rule: Shiny's are permanently on the team and are not prone to the faint rule (personal reward, i've never ever gotten one)
