Hehe, Roy Mustang has something.
It can't be explained; he just draws all attention to himself.
He's funny, crazy, rational (not really), and has a very DRY (can't stand the rain XD) humor.

I don't know much about him myself O_o I just saw one episode with him, and he looked pretty cool... So, yeah xD

Well, all I can say is that he is 10th Division Captain of the Gotei 13 of Soul Society. Also, he's the youngest person to have reached the title captain, thus people tend to call him 'boy genius.'

Yeah... Do you watch Bleach by any chance? Cause you wont know what all that meant if you don't watch Bleach O_o
