Man i cant seem to breed my pokemon right or something lol... which pokemon gives the IV's ? The males or female ?

All my carefull duskull's which i want in nature are all low on HP/ATK/DEF like in the 0-14 range.

I always seem to get neutral ones like a Docile i had in that batch with almost perfect IV's.

31 HP
29 ATK
23 def
3 speed
21 sp atk
28 sp def
 
I need to do another IV battle, if anyone can??????

I'm gonna need another IV Battle around 7:00 PM or so for even MORE Chikoritas. (This will prolly keep happening until I get one with decent stats and HP Fire 65+) Anyone wish to oblige?
 
i will i might need to check the ivs of some of my pokes. i might be on in 3 hours then rlan if you still need a iv check.

30 sp atk
27 sp def.

Doesnt get much better then that :) after like 4 boxes of duskull lol
