its snowed on the 5th of december every year here for 7 years nao
 
< hardly gets any snow, so < freaks out if it's cold enough for it to collect. Unfortunately, it was above freezing. T_T

Wow, on the 5th every year? <-->'s birthday was on the 6th. (<---> turned 21 yesterday!)

< has sometimes snow. < has had many bad winters with "wet" snow recently, but < thinks < will see brighter snow days. XD
