Uhh... sorry but it says in the rules you need one game from each generation to participate, from the looks of it you need either red,blue,firered or leafgreen and spahire,ruby or emerald

If this is mine how am i supposed to use bulbasaur if thats after you beat red
and carnivine is after the 3rd gym
